Ive never seen people actually get hit for the driving to fast for conditions after one of these mega crashes. And its about time that they did. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

I would love to see how they got 60 out of the 100+ vehicles to be chosen for such a citation.
That's wild that their investigation could be so precise, and frankly a bit puzzling

I suspect they just got out the ticket cannon and aimed it at the first 60 entrants into the deathpile o' death. I'm expecting the vast majority of those to get thrown out, too.

I think they can make pretty clear estimates based on how the vehicle ended up, whether they hit someone else or where and how severe damage was to their vehicle as well as who knows what.
I dont think the ticket cannon was a first choice.

'zactly. That and vehicle damage can tell the tale. If they've got vehicles with only front end damage, obviously they're at fault. Ones with major front and only minor rear are suspect as well. Ones with major rear but only minor front were probably just pushed into the back of others.
Add in witness testimony, perhaps cell phone pictures/footage that we are unaware of...
